How to request one
Choose the wheelchair accessible vehicle when you book
Wheelchair accessible taxi is one of the vehicle options in the booking form, and there is a shortcut on the home page that selects it for you. Pick it, enter the trip as normal, and send the request.
Accessible vehicles are a smaller part of any Sydney fleet, so this option is a request rather than an immediate allocation — dispatch confirms availability after the booking is received. Booking further ahead gives more room to arrange one.

Getting in and out
Step-free access at both ends of the trip
Ramp-equipped vehicles load from the rear or side and are designed so a passenger can stay seated in their wheelchair for the journey, with the chair secured before the vehicle moves.
Kerbside conditions matter as much as the vehicle. If the pickup or drop-off has steps, a steep driveway, a narrow gate or restricted parking, put that in the notes field so the driver knows before arriving.

Companions
Travelling with companions or carers
Set the passenger count to include everyone travelling, not just the wheelchair user, so the vehicle is matched to the whole party. Add luggage and any mobility equipment to the counts as well.
