The maxi covers groups of up to seven
The Maxi option in the booking form is for up to 7 passengers. It is the usual choice for a family with bags, a group heading to the airport together, or a night out where splitting across two sedans does not make sense.
Set the passenger count first. Vehicles that cannot take the number of people you entered are shown as unavailable, so the option you pick always fits the group.

11 seater
Larger parties can request an 11 seater
For 8 or more passengers the 11 seater is the vehicle the form keeps available. It is a request rather than a guaranteed allocation — availability for the larger vehicles is confirmed by dispatch after the booking is sent.
If your group size is uncertain, book for the number you expect and add a note. Changing a submitted booking is a phone call.

Luggage
Room for the bags, not just the seats
A group of six with six suitcases needs more than six seats. The luggage count sits alongside the passenger count on the booking form so the vehicle is matched to both.
For airport runs with a full set of checked bags, or a trip where someone is carrying sports gear or an instrument, put the detail in the notes field and choose the larger vehicle.
