Adding a seat
Request the baby seat as part of the booking
Baby seat is a switch on the booking form, next to the passenger count, and there is a shortcut on the home page that turns it on for you. Turning it on flags the requirement with the job so it reaches dispatch and the driver.
A baby seat surcharge is added to the fare estimate when the option is selected, so the figure you see before submitting already reflects it.

Airport trips
Family airport transfers with a restraint fitted
Airport bookings take the baby seat option alongside the terminal and flight number, so one request covers the whole trip. Travelling with a pram, a capsule and checked bags usually means choosing a larger vehicle.
Set the passenger and luggage counts to include everything you are bringing, and note the pram in the driver notes so there are no surprises at the kerb.

A baby seat is an extra that has to be arranged with the vehicle, so a booking made in advance gives more room to organise one than a request for an immediate pickup.
Bookings can be placed up to 90 days ahead. If your trip is time-sensitive, calling is the fastest way to confirm what can be arranged.
