Five vehicle types can be requested through the booking form. The list narrows automatically as your passenger count rises, so the options you see always fit the group.

Capacities below are the passenger numbers the booking form allows for each vehicle.
Standard option
Premium
Same passenger capacity as a sedan, in a higher-specification vehicle. A common choice for client pickups and airport arrivals.

Maxi (7 seater)
A van-bodied maxi cab for groups, families and trips with more luggage than a sedan will take. Extra passenger charges apply above four passengers.

Wheelchair accessible taxi
A ramp-equipped vehicle for passengers travelling seated in a wheelchair, with floor anchors to secure the chair. Availability is confirmed by dispatch after the request is sent.

11 seater
The largest option, and the one the form keeps available for eight or more passengers. Extra passenger charges apply above eight. Availability is confirmed by dispatch.

Choosing
Passengers first, then luggage
Set the passenger count before you choose a vehicle. Options that cannot carry that many people are greyed out with a note, so you cannot accidentally book a sedan for six.
Luggage is counted separately, from 0 to 7. A group that fits a maxi on headcount may still need the 11 seater once a full set of suitcases is added, so count the bags honestly.

Accessible vehicles and the 11 seater
Wheelchair accessible vehicles and the 11 seater are a smaller part of any Sydney fleet. Selecting one sends a request, and dispatch confirms availability after the booking is received rather than at the moment you submit.
Booking ahead gives more room to arrange one. Northern Silver Taxi Sydney is a booking and dispatch service — we arrange a licensed driver, and the driver operates the vehicle.
