Terminals
Pickups and drop-offs at every Sydney Airport terminal
The booking form has a dedicated airport panel. Choose whether the airport is your pickup or your drop-off, then pick the terminal — T1 International on Departure Plaza, T2 Domestic on Ross Smith Avenue, or T3 Domestic on Qantas Drive.
Selecting the terminal fills in the address for you, so the driver receives the specific terminal rather than a general airport pin. You can still adjust the other end of the trip to any Sydney address.

Arrivals
Add your flight number so the pickup detail travels with the job
When the airport is your pickup, the form asks for a flight number. Adding it, along with a note about where you will wait, gives dispatch and the driver the context they need for an arrival.
For an arrival, allow time to clear the aircraft, immigration and baggage before your pickup time. If your plans change after you have submitted the request, call us so the booking can be updated.

Luggage & vehicles
Pick a vehicle that fits the bags as well as the passengers
Airport trips are usually the ones where luggage decides the vehicle. The form takes a passenger count from 1 to 11 and a luggage count from 0 to 7, and the vehicle list narrows as the passenger count rises.
A sedan suits up to 4 passengers with light bags. A maxi covers up to 7. For larger groups the 11 seater is the option that remains available. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles and baby seats are requested the same way.

Airport fares
What is included in an airport fare estimate
Airport trips use their own minimum fares, which are higher than the standard Sydney minimum, and an airport pickup toll is added when the airport is where you are collected. The estimate you see before submitting already includes both. The same rules apply to Western Sydney Airport trips.
The estimate does not cover road tolls, airport or car park access charges, waiting time, or cleaning fees. Those may be charged by the driver or operator.
