Booking help
If your ride is time-sensitive, please call. If you already submitted a booking, include your booking reference when contacting us so we can find the request quickly.
You can cancel eligible bookings from the booking status screen until the ride is marked completed. Online card authorizations are released when an uncaptured authorization can be cancelled.
