Bookings

A booking request is not guaranteed until dispatch has reviewed and accepted it. We may contact you to confirm pickup, destination, timing, passenger, vehicle, payment, and driver instruction details.

You are responsible for entering accurate pickup, destination, contact, passenger, and timing details. Incorrect details may delay or prevent the service.

Fares and payment

After a booking request is sent, the booking confirmation shows a formula-based range labelled Est. The exact ride fare remains an internal operational amount. Before online card payment, the server recalculates all submitted inputs and the secure Stripe checkout page itemises the ride amount, the online card surcharge and its percentage, and the exact total before anything is authorized.

Default minimum fares are $38 for a standard booking, $45 for a recognised airport pickup, and $40 for a recognised airport drop-off. The active values are controlled by dispatch fare settings. After the applicable minimum is enforced, a configurable night percentage applies once when the pickup time falls in the displayed Australia/Sydney night-pricing window. Airport-to-airport trips use the airport-pickup minimum. Multi-stop bookings receive the night adjustment only once.

The calculation also reflects total route distance, pricing mode, vehicle/service, eligible extra passengers, baby seat, and at most one distance adjustment: the under-12 multiplier below 12,000 metres, no adjustment from 12,000 through 20,000 metres, the over-20 multiplier through 35,000 metres, the over-35 multiplier through 60,000 metres, or the over-60 multiplier above 60,000 metres. Distance selects a multiplier only and never a fixed displayed price.

When enabled, eligible website-processed Stripe card and card-backed wallet payments include a separately disclosed website online-payment surcharge. Its configured percentage is shown before payment, cannot exceed the current 5% inclusive-of-GST NSW cap, and is rounded to the nearest cent. No website online-payment surcharge is added to Pay to Driver or Cabcharge.

The exact amount accepted in Stripe settles the submitted pickup, stops, destination, time, vehicle, passengers, extras, and payment method. It is not silently repriced later. A customer-requested pricing change requires cancellation or release and a fresh disclosed authorization, or an explicit post-capture refund or payment adjustment. Separately disclosed lawful driver or operator charges may still apply where described in the Fare pricing policy.

Customer cancellation

Customers may cancel an eligible booking from the booking status screen until the ride is marked completed. The cancellation button is not shown after a booking is completed, cancelled, or rejected.

There is no cancellation fee in this website flow. If an online card authorization has not been captured, we will request release or cancellation of that authorization through Stripe. The time it takes for a released authorization to disappear from your card or bank account depends on your card issuer or bank.

Dispatch cancellation and service availability

Dispatch may reject or cancel a booking if the booking cannot be fulfilled, details are incomplete, the requested service is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized where required, or there are safety or operational concerns.

Availability may be affected by demand, traffic, weather, airport conditions, driver availability, vehicle availability, and events outside our reasonable control.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Google Maps

This website includes Google Maps features and content. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Map, route, distance, and time information may differ from actual road, traffic, pickup, and trip conditions.
