Bookings
A booking request is not guaranteed until dispatch has reviewed and accepted it. We may contact you to confirm pickup, destination, timing, passenger, vehicle, payment, and driver instruction details.
You are responsible for entering accurate pickup, destination, contact, passenger, and timing details. Incorrect details may delay or prevent the service.
Fares and payment
Fare estimates are calculated from the route, distance, vehicle/service selection, and fixed-price choice shown in the booking flow. The server recalculates distance and fare before a booking is created.
Fare formula: final fare is the greater of the $30 minimum fare or the calculated route fare plus selected extras. Route fare uses a $12.40 base fare, route distance at $3.35 per km, a booking fee, the fixed-fare choice, and the selected vehicle/service rate.
Vehicle/service rates are: Sedan 1.00, Premium 1.30, Maxi 1.60, wheelchair-accessible taxi 2.60, and 11 seater 2.60. Extra luggage is $5 per bag after one bag per passenger. Baby seat is $25 when selected. Extra passenger surcharge may apply for Maxi bookings above 4 passengers and 11 seater bookings above 8 passengers.
If you choose online payment, Stripe may authorize the fare before dispatch. The card is intended to be captured only when the ride is marked completed. If you choose pay to driver, the fare is paid directly to the driver.
Fixed fare means the fare shown for the selected route, vehicle/service, passenger count, luggage, baby seat choice, and pickup time applies to that confirmed booking request. We do not add a separate website booking charge after the fixed fare is confirmed.
If you ask to change the pickup, destination, route, vehicle/service, passenger requirements, pickup time, or add a new service after confirmation, dispatch may provide a new fare before continuing with the changed request.
Customer cancellation
Customers may cancel an eligible booking from the booking status screen until the ride is marked completed. The cancellation button is not shown after a booking is completed, cancelled, or rejected.
There is no cancellation fee in this website flow. If an online card authorization has not been captured, we will request release or cancellation of that authorization through Stripe. The time it takes for a released authorization to disappear from your card or bank account depends on your card issuer or bank.
Dispatch cancellation and service availability
Dispatch may reject or cancel a booking if the booking cannot be fulfilled, details are incomplete, the requested service is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized where required, or there are safety or operational concerns.
Availability may be affected by demand, traffic, weather, airport conditions, driver availability, vehicle availability, and events outside our reasonable control.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Google Maps
This website includes Google Maps features and content. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Map, route, distance, and time information may differ from actual road, traffic, pickup, and trip conditions.
Website information
We try to keep website information accurate and useful, but errors can occur. Contact us if you notice incorrect booking, contact, pricing, or service information.
