A booking and dispatch service, not the vehicle operator
Northern Silver Taxi Sydney takes your booking request online or by phone and arranges a licensed driver for the trip. The driver provides the ride and operates the vehicle.
That distinction matters for what we can promise. Vehicle types such as wheelchair-accessible vehicles and the 11 seater, and extras such as baby seats, are requests confirmed by dispatch rather than guaranteed allocations at the moment you press submit.

- Cancel eligible bookings from the status screen until the ride is completed
